They have loaded everything in two hours, dismantled 2 beds and a table, strong armed the heaviest wardrobe ever above a handrail and down the stairs and replaced boxes that got open as well. They took extra care in protecting the furniture and the TV so it wouldn't be damaged and after half an hour lunch managed to get everything all set and done in the new house in just another pair of hours. They were extremely patient while we decided the layout and moved the Welsh dresser to another place when the first placement didn't work for us. They were downsizing in a massive way so we booked packing, removals, house clearance (of items not going to new property) and the cleaning service in readiness for the new owners. Nothing was too much trouble for Paul and his team throughout the whole process, treating my elderly and sometimes quite confused parents with care and compassion throughout. As is often the case with house moves, the completion date changed several times and this was also happily dealt with by Paul. And all for an extremely reasonable price.
