What we collect and why
When you ask for a quote, by the form, by phone, by WhatsApp or by email, we collect what we need to price and plan a move: your name, phone number and email address, the addresses you are moving between, the size of the property, the date, and anything you tell us about the goods and the access. We use it to prepare the quote, to do the work if you book, and to keep the records the law and our insurers require. The legal basis is the steps taken at your request before a contract and, once you book, the contract itself.
If you ring us, we note what is needed for the quote. We do not record calls. If you send photographs over WhatsApp, they are used for the quote and deleted when the job is closed.
Who sees it
Our team and the crew on your move. The quote form is delivered to our own mailbox by our email provider; we do not use a third-party form service. We do not sell or share your details for marketing.
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become bookings are deleted within twelve months. Booking and job records are kept for six years after the move because our insurers and HMRC require it.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies until you choose. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics counts visits and pages with your IP address anonymised. The cookie policy lists what is set.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it where we have no legal reason to keep it, and object to any use you disagree with. Email [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
