What kind of office move is yours?
- A city-centre office: loading in the pedestrian zone means working to the delivery hours, often from a suspended bay, with a lift booking if the building has one.
- A business-park floor: a loading-bay booking, a floor plan with desk numbers, and IT reconnected to a plan your provider signs off.
- An industrial unit: racking, benches, stock and equipment, usually the easiest access and the heaviest lifting, moved in phases if production has to keep running.
What we handle
Desks, chairs, pedestals and meeting furniture dismantled, labelled and rebuilt. Desktop IT boxed by desk with its cables. Printers, whiteboards, plants, the kitchen and the reception. Servers and comms cabinets last out, first in, with your IT provider. Surplus furniture to our storage or, under our waste carrier licence CBDU13412, cleared, with usable pieces offered to local charities.

Business Park buildings need a loading-bay booking, and some have rules for contractors: send them with the quote request and we will tell you what we can provide. Industrial units are usually the easiest access and the heaviest lifting.
What it costs
A written price once we know both sites: crew, vehicles, boxes and materials, dismantling and rebuilding, protection, the plan. Extras are named before you sign: out-of-hours building charges, storage, disposal, specialist lifts. Send the desk count, the two postcodes and photos or floor plans, and we come back with a price.
