New Brighton and the front
The flats on the promenade and Victoria Road are converted houses and newer blocks: the floor, the lift and where the van can stand are the questions, and the seafront's parking rules are planned around. Behind the front, Wallasey Village and the roads running up from the promenade are terraces and semis, where a Luton usually stands at the door and the carry is short.
Liscard, Egremont and Seacombe
Liscard is semis, shops with flats above and the older streets around the town centre. Egremont and Seacombe are terraces down to the river, on-street parking and, in places, residents' zones where Wirral Council's bay suspension is applied for as part of the job.
