The town, street by street
Most of Ellesmere Port's housing is twentieth century: the terraces and semis around the town centre and Whitby, the estates at Great Sutton, Little Sutton and Overpool built for the refinery and the docks, and the newer developments off the A41 towards Hooton and along the Ledsham Road. Parking is rarely a problem outside the centre, drives are short, and our Luton vans get to the door on most streets. The exceptions are the older terraces near the station and Station Road, where a shuttle from where the Luton can park is the plan.
Flats above the shops in the town centre and the newer blocks of flats near the Boat Museum bring the usual questions: which floor, is there a lift, and where the van can stand while the carry happens. Tell us at the quote and it is in the price.
Shops and offices in Ellesmere Port
A retail unit between leases or an office that cannot close for a day is planned around the business: a Friday-evening start and a Saturday finish where the site allows, so the doors open again on Monday. The office removals page sets out how a small office and a full unit are each handled.
